Does the government want to protect us? I believe that our constitution resolve conflict. Without the constitution the government would try to take or limit our freedom. The examples I have to back that up with is how the amendments protect our rights, the ideal society, and the separation of powers.

First of all, without the constitution there would not be any amendments, which protect our rights. Like amendment 1, which states that we have the right of freedom of speech and amendment 4 that says that we have the right to be secure. So without the constitution the government could do what ever they wanted to. Without the constitution the government would have all the power and we would have no say. We would not have the right to do anything because we would not have freedom of speech.

Secondly, in the ideal society a bill was passed so we couldn’t be tracked unless we were involved in a crime or something happened and you are in need. Not for unreasonable causes or they just wanted to tracked you. You can also be tracked if you are a suspect in a crime. If this law was not passed then we could be track at any time. The ichip affected the lives of others people. For an example Malik Cooper died because of the ichip. Study shown that he had a brain tummer, so why would they implant the ichip in his brain. Then later the government said that everybody had to get an ichip. If they did not get one then they would be questioned and detained if there answers were suspicious. So the government would rather gain power than think of other people.

Lastly, I believe that it was a good idea to split the power into three branches, the Judicial branch, Executive branch, and the Legislative branch. So that no one had more power than the other. When Touman was president he tried to gain more by ignoring the Taft Heartly Law. Which led him to try to take over the steal mill and he did not have the power to do that. No body should have more power than the other.

To sum it up, I believe that our constitution resolve conflict. Without the constitution the government would try to take over our freedom. They would also try to limit our freedom. I can back this up with is how the constitution protects our rights, the ideal society, and the separation of powers. So without the constitution the government would not be trying to protect our rights. Now you tell me do our constitution resolve conflict.
